Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Cancellation of Orders

Orders cannot be canceled, as they are automatically processed upon placement. Orders containing items marked "(presale)" are non-cancelable for any reason.

Product Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form or email us at support@192humanity.com, providing the reason for the return/exchange. Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Conditions for Non-Return/Exchange

We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:

  • A return/exchange request is not received within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
  • The product is not returned within 14 days after the return/exchange request is approved.
  • You wish to return or exchange an item for your own reason.
  • The merchandise is found to be used, damaged, or stained.
  • Tags or accessories of the merchandise are missing.
  • The merchandise is returned by a method other than specified by us.
  • The product is sold under special conditions such as a coupon/sale.
  • Orders are marked as non-returnable or "(presale)" on the product page or campaign page, etc.
  • Underwear, swimsuits, accessories, and other items that come in direct contact with the skin without undergarments.

Defective Products, Incorrect Items, etc.

For defective products or if you received the wrong item, we will address your request by facilitating a return or exchange. Contact us using the "Contact Us" form or email support@192humanity.com with your order number and a photo of the affected part. We will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the product. Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges in the Following Cases:

  • The customer does not request a return or exchange within 3 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
  • The product is found to be used, damaged, or stained.
  • Tags or accessories of the merchandise are missing.
  • The merchandise is returned by a method other than specified by the company.
  • The product is within the range of individual differences.
  • Minor marks on the manufacturing process (which can be removed by washing).
  • Regarding frayed threads (thread trimming), there is no problem if the frayed threads do not result in a hole. Please cut loose threads with scissors and use the product. If you believe the product is defective, please contact our customer support via email with an attached picture.
